All products sold by Veridian Research are intended exclusively for in vitro laboratory and scientific research purposes only. They are not intended for, and must not be used for, diagnostic, therapeutic, or any other application in humans or animals. These products have not been evaluated or approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the European Medicines Agency (EMA), or any other regulatory authority for use in humans or animals.
Age Restriction — 21+ Only
By placing an order with Veridian Research, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. We do not knowingly sell to minors. Any order placed by a person under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited and will be cancelled. We reserve the right to request age verification at any time.
Purchaser Eligibility and Representations
By purchasing from Veridian Research, you represent, warrant, and agree that:
- You are a qualified researcher, scientist, or licensed professional purchasing for legitimate laboratory or research purposes.
- You will not administer or cause to be administered any product purchased from Veridian Research to any human being or animal.
- You understand and accept that these products are research chemicals and may have unknown physiological effects.
- You are solely responsible for the legal use, handling, and disposal of products in compliance with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations.
- You are purchasing these products in a jurisdiction where such a purchase is legal.
- You are 21 years of age or older.
No Human or Veterinary Use
Products sold by Veridian Research are not for human consumption, injection, or topical application. They are not dietary supplements, drugs, or veterinary medicines. Veridian Research explicitly prohibits the use of any product for any purpose other than legitimate in vitro scientific research. Misuse of these products is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product(s) in question.
Governing Law
These terms and all transactions with Veridian Research are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Veridian Research operates, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
Changes to This Disclaimer
Veridian Research reserves the right to modify this disclaimer at any time. Continued use of this website or placing orders after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Shipping Policy
All orders are processed and shipped from our facility in Maryland, USA. Standard domestic orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation and typically arrive within 3–5 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. A tracking number is emailed to the address on the order once the carrier accepts the parcel.
International shippingis available to select countries via FedEx International or DHL Express. Transit times range from 5–10 business days depending on destination and customs clearance. The customer is responsible for any import duties, VAT, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. Parcels held by customs are the customer’s responsibility to clear; we cannot guarantee delivery once a shipment is in the destination country’s customs queue.
Pre-order items may have an extended fulfillment window of up to 14 business days; the product page indicates current availability and lead time. Order changes (address corrections, item swaps) must be requested within 1 hour of placement by emailing support@veridianbio.com— once an order has shipped, the address cannot be modified.
Lost or damaged shipments should be reported to support@veridianbio.comwithin 7 days of the carrier’s marked-delivery date. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the claim, including reshipment when warranted.
Privacy Policy
Veridian Research collects information you provide directly — including your name, shipping address, email address, and (when you opt in) your mobile phone number — in order to fulfill orders, provide customer support, and send transactional and opted-in marketing communications. We also collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, and device identifiers to operate and secure the website.
We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.Phone numbers and consent records are used solely by Veridian Research to deliver the SMS program(s) you have opted into. We may share data with service providers (e.g. payment processors, shipping carriers, SMS gateways such as Telnyx) strictly to operate our service, and these providers are contractually limited to that purpose.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting support@veridianbio.com. Reply STOP to any SMS to remove your number from all messaging programs.
Affiliate Program — Tax & Payout Data
If you participate in the Veridian Research affiliate program, additional information is collected and stored to enable commission payouts and IRS tax reporting:
- Payout handle (PayPal email, Venmo, or Zelle) — used solely to send your commissions.
- W-9 information — legal name, business name, address, federal tax classification, and Taxpayer Identification Number (SSN, ITIN, or EIN). Collected at first payout to comply with IRS Form 1099-NEC reporting requirements.
- Electronic signature audit trail — typed name, timestamp, source IP address, and user-agent string, captured at the time you sign the program agreement and W-9.
- Earnings history — order-level commission attributions, payout records, and 1099 filings.
How we protect it. Your Taxpayer Identification Number is encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM with a key held outside the application database. Only the last four digits are stored in plaintext for display. Decryption is logged to an audit trail.
How we use it. Affiliate data is used exclusively to (i) issue your payouts via PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle, (ii) post the corresponding expense to our accounting system (QuickBooks), and (iii) generate and file Form 1099-NEC with the IRS at year-end when statutorily required. We do not sell or share this information with any third party except service providers strictly necessary to those purposes (PayPal, Intuit / QuickBooks, our IRS-authorized 1099 filing service) and government authorities when legally compelled.
How long we keep it. Federal law requires we retain W-9 records, 1099 filings, and supporting payout documentation for a minimum of four (4) years from the later of the filing date or the date payment was last made. This retention obligation applies even after the affiliate relationship ends and overrides any general deletion request for these specific records.
Your rights. You may request access to, or correction of, your affiliate data at any time by emailing support@veridianbio.com. You may also request deletion; however, records covered by the IRS retention requirement above will be retained until that period expires, after which they are deleted. Pending balances forfeited under the program agreement (e.g. failure to submit a W-9 within 12 months) are governed by that agreement.
U.S. persons only. The affiliate program is currently offered only to U.S. persons as defined by 26 U.S.C. § 7701(a)(30). Non-U.S. participation requires Form W-8BEN, which is not currently supported.
SMS Terms & Conditions

Description: By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box at checkout or in your account settings on veridianbio.com, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Veridian Research about your orders and account: order confirmations, payment confirmations, shipping and delivery notifications, pre-order and backorder status updates, and account or security notices such as password resets. These are transactional messages triggered by your own order or account activity. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message Frequency: message frequency varies based on your order activity (typically 3 to 5 messages per order).
Msg & data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply to each message you send or receive. Veridian Research is not responsible for carrier charges.
Reply HELP for help. Replying HELP to any message will return contact information for support. You may also email support@veridianbio.com for assistance.
Reply STOP to cancel. You may opt out of the SMS program at any time by replying STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message. After replying STOP you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. To rejoin, opt in again at checkout or in your account settings.
